Preface
We rely on good collaboration with our customers, based on mutual
trust. Problem solving on a goodwill basis, as far as it's appropriate;
friendliness and humanity in our dealings with one another. Nevertheless
the following terms are indispensable:
Prices
Our prices are valid until publication of the new catalogue. In specific
cases the prices need to be adjusted before the new catalogue is issued.
The new prices are published on our constantly updated website and are
binding. All prices are gross prices and contain the applicable rate
of VAT.
Freight charges
The freight charges differ significantly depending on weight and mode
of dispatch. Package shipment up to 5kg currently cost 6,80€ (national
shipment). We charge the actually incurred shipping costs for all other
shipments as well as for shipping abroad.
For heavy parcels and when shipment with a forwarding company is
necessary, we will specify the shipping costs on the order confirmation.
We are happy to provide you with an offer on transportation costs before
you place the order. Please contact us beforehand.
Payment
Payment shall be made within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. If you
do not meet this deadline, we are entitled to charge the respective
default interests. We also reserve the right to demand advance payment
(typically if the value of the good exceeds 500,00€). Deliveries abroad
are executed only against advance payment.
For your first order we offer the following terms of payment:
- Direct debiting: With this payment method, you give
us your consent to book the final invoice amount from your bank account.
We must have a written direct debit mandate send by fax or e-mail, quoting
your bank account details.
- Advance payment: Our product will be delivered to
you within the confirmed delivery period immediately after the invoice
amount has been credited to our account.
- Cash on delivery: The additional costs of cash on delivery will be charged to you.
Orders
We accept written orders on the order form or informal orders by fax, e-mail
or telephone. If you state your e-mail address on the order, we will send the
order confirmation by e-mail. The goods will be shipped within one week, by
parcel service, as far as the ordered article is in stock. If this is not the
case we will confirm your order in any case in written form by e-mail or mail.
The respective delivery times are stated on the order confirmation. Should any
ordered articles not be available we shall be released from our delivery obligation.
Instruction on the right of withdrawal for consumers
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpaose that
can not be ascribed to a commercial or or independant business activity.
You are entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without citing reasons.
The withdrawal period is 14 days starting from the day where you or a third party,
other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer, has acquired the material
possession of the goods. .
To exercise your right of withdrawal you have to inform us by means of a clear
statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The declaration of
withdrawal can be made by phone or send by e-mail, fax or letter to:

You can also use the exemplary withdrawal form we enclosed with the order confirmation.
You may also fill out the form on our website
and transmit it. In this case we provide an acknowledgement of receipt by email without delay.
To observe the withdrawal period it shall be sufficient to send the communication
concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of that period.
Consequences of withdrawal from the contract:
If you withdraw from the contract, we have to reimburse all payments received from you
including freight charges (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your decision
to choose a type of delivery different from the favourable standard delivery offered through us),
without any undue delay and no later than 14 days, from the day on which we receive the
communication of withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the initial
transaction, unless we explicitly agreed otherwise; there will be no charges for
the reimbursement.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have
supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You have to hand over or send back the goods immediately and in any case within 14 days from
the day on which we receive the communication of withdrawal to

To observe the withdrawal period it is sufficient to return the goods before the end of that
14 day period.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The returned goods must be unused and preferably in their original packaging. You have to
compensate for loss in value caused by utilisation of the goods.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling
other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, features and functioning of the goods.
«To ascertain the nature, features and functioning of the goods» means handling of the goods
as it would usually be made in a retail shop.
If you cannot return the goods via standard mail by reason of their nature, we are happy to
assist you organising the return transportation. The costs for potential return transportation
are indicated on the order confirmation.
This right does not hold for goods that are not part of our standard product range as well
as custom made products and single unit products that were made according to your special
wishes and specifications.
Warranty
All items offered online and in our catalogue are subject to statutory warranty rights.
Claims
Any damages to the goods caused by transportation must be reported to us immediately and not
later than within 3 days of acceptance. Although we are not liable for these kinds of damages
according to the general legal provisions, we are willing to adjust resulting damages.
Any other obvious defects, which were not caused by transportation, are to be notified immediately
at the latest within 8 days after receipt of the goods, in any case before utilization or processing.
We will either send you the repaired good or we will deliver anew. Further-reaching claims or claims
other than those claims stated above are excluded.
The liability for damages is excluded in particular for damages caused by processing or sale of
defective goods.
For technical reasons there may occur deviations in colours between the pictures in our
catalogue/internet and the goods. Minor deviations are often due to individual production in
small series. The goods are deemed as per contract if they do only insignificantly deviate.
Reservation of title/ applicable law
We reserve title to all goods delivered by us until such time as the price therefor has been
paid in full. In case of (re)sell of the delivered goods, before the goods have been fully paid
for, you convey to us an undivided interest of your claim resulting from such (re)sale. All
agreements concluded with us are governed by German law.
